    Great upfront service and move….poor after care with removing boxes, etc.
    I have used Britannia Lanes now several times including a trip back from Spain to our residence in UK. I cannot fault the service received this time either but the ‘after care’ to remove all the boxes and paper is another story. I have asked now 4 times to have all the packaging to be taken away as l cannot get to the back of my garage to sort out. I am also desperate to garage my brand new car.

    Bad attitude
    The general moving of stuff was fine although they were a little heavy handed . It was more the attitude of the movers one in particular was sour faced there was no smiles , morning anything it was like they would rather be any where else . There was a lot of sighing when heavy things were lifted . There was also a lot of “is this going to” followed by a sigh. It was like the job was a complete inconvenience and not a good representation of the company at all
