the whole move was carried out efficiently in all aspects. the men involved were pleasant and helpful. my only grumble relates to the promised collection of empty boxes. we understood that you would not make a special journey to us, but would pick up boxes when passing. one of your staff then told us in an email that there was no britannia company within 100 miles of us, so no pickup possible. a brief glance on google showed a britannia company 55 miles away. in any case britannia companies will be moving houses all over the country - we are within 10 miles of the m6. the whole feel of our email contacts on this issue was; go away we do not wish to help.

All went well on packing and loading in the morning.
All went well on packing and loading. It was a shame that the three men that packed and loaded the house did not see the job through. It ended up just the two men unloading which made the job take longer and harder for the two men left.
