I found all the in house staff in the office lovely and professional in navigating and supporting my move. The Truro storage unit was very accessible to pop in and out of. It was secure, clean and dry. Every mover guy on each journey was a credit to Britannia Lanes, they could not have been more helpful and could not have worked any harder, they were friendly, professional and extremely helpful and they all made what could have been a very stressful time, very easy.
