Our self-video survey is easy. Simply fill in the details in the form above, and follow the steps below:

1. Fill in the form above

2. Scan the QR code with your camera in photo mode

3. You will be taken to our software platform “Live-Switch” to record video’s via your browser

4. Take as many video’s and photo’s methodically through your home to capture all your goods

5. If you accidentally leave the live switch browser, simply come back to this page, fill in the form and scan the QR code, you will be able to add any new recordings you need

6. Our team will contact you ASAP with your quote.

We use a video and photo platform LiveSwitch. This will take you to a browser on your phone, where you need to enable the browser to access your camera (just follow the prompts). All from your phone, a self serve video gives you the ultimate convenience.

To prepare for a video survey, follow these simple steps:

  1. Make sure your house/rooms clearly make all your items visible
  2. Follow a methodical pathway through your house or dwelling to capture all the rooms and goods

Ensure a successful video survey by preparing your device and environment:

  • Charge your mobile phone or tablet fully.
  • Connect to a stable Wi-Fi network to ensure video clarity.
  • Open all wardrobes, cabinets, and drawers, particularly in the kitchen.
  • Turn on all lights for better visibility.
  • Have a ladder ready for attic or loft access if applicable.
