Agreed a set of costs, but costs increased once my goods were in storage
The folks who performed the move were excellent. They were polite and meticulous in physically moving and storing our belongings. My principal complaint about the service is that I was given a quotation to move and store said belongings and it wasn’t until after everything had been stored did you inflate the agreed storage costs. If I had known this was going to happen I would never have used you. Very disappointed that you have done this.
