All very polite and explained everything clearly. A bit bodge like on some of the ‘pitting back together again’ of furniture I’m afraid as we still have a wardrobe and chest of drawers we can’t use. Missing rail from one …. Probably end of the day and they were tiring … it was a long job …. But, as I said both teams were polite, friendly and generally careful.

The service made the move pretty seamless and their communication was consistent, professional and helpful throughout. Getting a quote for the move was very easy and everything was explained very well. And accepting that quote and arranging for the packing, loading and delivery was seamless. They answered all my questions promptly and the MoveProtect insurance policies were very thorough and reasonable - though I didn’t need to claim anything on the insurance because it all arrived safely.
