The six employees that arrived on the day of the move were professional, kind and hardworking . All of them were reassuring and helpful. However, I do feel that they should have been given more information about access to Cliff Street and the property I was moving out of. This resulted in two vans getting stuck/burnt clutches. This put added pressure on everyone (especially me). From a start time of 0900 we moved into my new property at 1630 which is in the same village. I was concerned I was going into trespassing not being out of the sold house on time. Again, a huge thankyou to those on the day - they promised I would get moved . and I did.
